PRESTIGE MARINE APPOINTS REED NICOL TO SCALE YACHTING BUSINESS
7.10.24 - Miami's premier marine dealership, Prestige Marine, has appointed a new sales executive, Reed Nicol, to scale up its marinecraft business, starting with its local South Florida yachting scene. Reed brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Director of Operations for VanDutch, led RN Marine—a marine sales and consulting business—and founded PilePad, a company specializing in padding and fender systems for marinas and private docks. Since departing VanDutch, Reed has handled transactions ranging from high-performance RIBs to 120-foot custom motor yachts. Brett David, the founder of Prestige Marine, believes Reed's expertise will drive the company's diversification into new and used yacht sales, extending beyond the brands the dealership currently represents. As the world's largest Lamborghini yacht dealer, Prestige Marine aims to elevate its operations in the US and globally with Reed's appointment.
