LIQUIDITY, a 120’ Platinum motor yacht built in 2009 successfully closed at the end of 2021, with sellers represented by Reed Nicol of TheOne Marine Group. The buyer was represented by Jeff Stanley of Gilman Yachts.

LIQUIDITY is unique for its original build purpose as an off-shore luxury hotel during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. Built to Transport Canada standards by Platinum Marine in Richmond, British Columbia, LIQUIDITY hides a commercially-ready superyacht within fantastic Pacific Northwest woodworking and a sprawling interior space with a club-grade sound system and high-tech intra-vessel media kit.

Additional recognizable features include a huge forward deck jacuzzi, 30G/hr efficient fuel burn at 10 knot cruise, full-service commercial bar in main salon, main deck country kitchen and four matching guest suites in addition to a separate entry master. TheOne Marine Florida and listing broker Reed Nicol brought LIQUIDITY from list to contract in just under 120 days, with a seamless 30-day close. LIQUIDITY was asking $3,695,000 at the time of sale.
